These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VoltifyWeb website and the web design, hosting, management, and AI automation services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
VoltifyWeb provides website design, builds, redesigns, hosting, ongoing management, and AI automation services. The specific deliverables, scope, timeline, and price for your project are defined in the plan you select and any written proposal or agreement we provide before work begins.
For new website projects, we may build a preview of your site before payment. The preview is provided so you can review the design before committing. Ownership of the design, code, and assets transfers to you only after full payment is received. Until then, all preview materials remain the property of VoltifyWeb.
One-time project fees are due as set out in your proposal. Plans that include ongoing management or automation are billed monthly in advance. Monthly plans continue until cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable once work on a billing period has begun, except where required by law.
You agree to provide the content, access, and information we reasonably need to deliver your project, and to ensure that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information displayed on your site.
Upon full payment, you own the final website and the custom assets created specifically for you. VoltifyWeb retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how, and may display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Your site or automations may rely on third-party platforms (for example hosting, email, payment, or analytics providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltifyWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. On termination, you remain responsible for any fees accrued up to the end of the notice period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm your governing state with your attorney.]
